1. Who we are
wavealgo (“we,” “us”) is operated by Streamize LLC. By accessing the wavealgo website or services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The service
wavealgo is a measurement system for trading strategies. We accept Pine Script source, run it through a standardized scoring pipeline, and return an alpha score and verdict. The Service is informational only — nothing returned is financial advice, an offer to trade, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.
3. Your account
You may create an account using a third-party identity provider (Google) or an email magic link. You are responsible for the security of your account and for any activity under it. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not submit code that is not yours to submit or that infringes any third party’s rights.
- Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse the API, or reverse-engineer the scoring engine.
- Do not use the Service to attack, probe, or disrupt other systems.
- Do not present alpha scores or verdicts out of context in a way designed to mislead third parties about a strategy’s expected performance.
5. Fees
The Service is currently free to use. If paid plans are introduced, they will be billed through a payment processor and these Terms will be updated before any charge is made.
6. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to source code you submit. By submitting code, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of returning a score and rendering it back to you. We do not publish your private scripts. Public submissions to the leaderboard are governed by separate visibility settings you control.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Alpha scores are derived from historical data and do not predict future results. Past performance, modeled or actual, is not indicative of future performance.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Streamize LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
