1. Who we are

This policy describes how Streamize LLC (“wavealgo,” “we”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the wavealgo website and services. Contact us at [email protected] with any questions.

2. Information we collect

Account info. When you sign in with Google or via email magic link, we receive your email address. From Google we additionally receive your display name and profile image, if provided.

Submitted code. Source code (Pine Script) you paste into the Service is processed for grading. Private submissions are not published; public submissions appear on the leaderboard with the visibility you choose.

Email subscriptions. If you subscribe to the weekly digest or request an audit, we store the email address you provide (plus, for audit requests, the script link and answers you optionally include) to deliver those updates. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

Usage data. We collect logs about API calls, scoring runs, and basic browser metadata (user agent, IP, referrer) for security and service quality.

Payment. Payments are processed by our third-party processor. We do not store payment card numbers. We retain billing metadata required by law.

3. How we use information

To operate the scoring service and your account.
To send transactional email (sign-in links, billing, security alerts).
To detect and prevent abuse.
To improve the methodology and the Service.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your submitted code to train third-party models.

4. Sharing

We share information only with subprocessors who help us run the Service: hosting, authentication, and payment providers. Each is bound by data-processing terms compatible with this policy. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users or the public.

5. Cookies

We use first-party cookies set by our authentication provider to keep you signed in. These are strictly necessary — no consent banner is required under GDPR for these. We do not use advertising cookies.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information (GDPR, CCPA, and similar). To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You can also delete your account from the Service at any time, which removes your profile and submitted-code records (subject to legal retention requirements).

7. Data retention

We retain account and submission data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Aggregated, de-identified data may be retained indefinitely. Billing records are retained as required by law. Anonymous use of the MCP endpoint is metered by a salted hash of your IP address — never the address itself — kept for the 7-day usage window and then deleted.

8. International transfers

We are based in Seoul, Republic of Korea, and use infrastructure located in the United States and other regions. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards for cross-border transfers.

9. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from them.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or via the Service. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
